Objectives

 

This Radar course provides an overview of modern systems including their interaction in the modern battlefield in relation to detection, search, tracking and locking.

 

 

After completing this course students will:

•   Know Radar principles

•   Know search Radar principles

•   Know locking and tracking Radar principles

•   Know related EW ECM Elint principles

This course is designed for anyone who needs an understanding of Radar principles in relation to EW ECM or Elint applications.

 

Prerequisites

 

Electrical engineers and professionals with RF and microwave background or equivalent practical experience is desired but not required.
